This HEB is nice. They have a huge outdoor plant selection and indoor as well. I admittedly spent an hour looking through the herbs and fruit plants. They had someone out there tending to the plants. The isles are spacious, bathrooms clean and they have symbols on their price tags on drinks stating weither SNAP will cover them or not. Meat area was clean, Seafood didn't smell like low tide.

Went to get some ground meat for burgers. Last Friday evening it looked all pink snd fresh and when j opened the package next day it's all brown from the inside i feel scammed.

Great day for a quick stop at HEB. Decent parking, everything I needed I stock. And a SHOUT OUT to the HEB app to find the location of Adam's Reserve Seafood and Salmon Rub! I never would have found it on my own.

I have been shopping at this HEB for over 20 years. They offer a lot of coupons, sales and reasonable prices and usually have most items in stock. However, some issues are concerning. This evening I approached 2 high school employees who were standing there talking to each other and asked if the self check out registers near the pharmacy were closed. One girl replied “They are always closed at 7 or 7:30”. She didn’t even direct me to the other self check out registers that were open! Customers were lined up at the only open self check out registers, and a lot of times I notice that there are not enough main registers open in the middle to accommodate the crowds. Also the self check out registers would not let me scan paper coupons recently, which needs to be fixed please. As another reviewer mentioned, it is more difficult to move through the aisles later in the evening when big pallets of food are blocking the middle and end of the aisles. I am an older female who has bagged my own groceries many times because there are no employees there to bag them, yet I see some employees standing around talking to each other. Finally, they lock the doors on either end sometimes too

2-3-2026 ATTENTION BAKERY MANAGERS! AGAIN, HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? Where’s the quality control manager in the bakery department? The single package cinnamon rolls are missing icing, and CARE! They look disgusting, plus you’re ripping off the customer by charging same price when it’s missing ingredients! First review 2 months ago. It’s not enough icing on the cinnamon rolls for one and it looks like a 2 year old put it on them. Disgusting!
